Super King Markets at 7227 Van Nuys Boulevard, Van Nuys, California.

I have been going to this store for many years, and I seem to occasionally have the same problem, the cashiers, or this one in particular, and the manager are extremely rude. This particular time just shot me over the edge. I was in line with my elderly mother at the express lane with maybe 18 or 19 items. The cashier said that this is the express lane and I stated that we were paying separately, but she called over the manager and said that I would need a second cart to be in the lane. I went to get another cart because we were second to next. By the time I find another cart they had called security on a 70 year old woman and kicked her out without her getting her produce. They physically took her to the exit. If I would've known that they would get physical, I would've made a scene and then pressed charges. Luckily my elderly mother was not injured, otherwise there would have been quite the lawsuit and some very bad publicity.
They didn't even have the decency to give us our reusable bags that we brought.
